I've always appreciated ace for being small town & local friendly but the service at Hinkles Ace Hardware in Webb City, MO has blown me away! Unlike the big box stores I can walk in with just a vauge idea of what I need/want and the staff at Hinkles have always gotten me set up with exactly what I needed. Once, when they didn't have quite what I needed they called a competitor to see if they carried the style I wanted. A few days ago, I had foal orphaned just after birth and needed to figure out a way to feed him pretty much constantly. I just went to ACE hardware and told them I needed an insulated cooler with a 3/4" pvc pipe sticking out of it to attach a rubber nipple to. They were SUPER helpful, found all the parts, put them together- even cut stuff to size and sealed it for water tightness. I've always loved ACE hardware but now I am SUPER loyal!!?
